Aid Kristi Hollingsworth in Overcoming Hardship

Hello everyone. My name is Rhonda Gates. My dear friend, Kristi Hollingsworth has run into a series of unfortunate events, and I am hoping we can all help her to get back on her feet.

Within a span of a few months; Kristi has suffered from some of the greatest financial and emotional losses. After 35 years of teaching, she found herself without employment and her biggest supporter, her mother; who unexpectedly passed away. She decided it would be best to move closer to family, in order to be surrounded by a grounded support system, and to find a new job. She started her 1,200+ mile trek. Unfortunately, on the first day of her travels she was in a serious car accident. She was rushed to the hospital and sustained injuries to her body (dislocated toe, sprained ankle, cuts, abrasions, bruising, etc.) and totaled her car. Thankfully, she survived with minor injuries, that they allowed her to be discharged. However, she was without a vehicle or medical insurance.

Currently, she is with her nephew, who rescued her, and is trying to navigate her next steps. My hope is to alleviate this added financial and emotional stress. H (as she is loving known as) has an absolute heart of gold for family, friends, and the countless number of children that she dedicated her life to teaching. Please find it in your heart to help her in anyway possible. Prayers are appreciated as well. Thank you.
