Aid Kirby and Kaylin After Devastating Loss
Donation protected
Hello, I have created this gofund me for my friend Kirby Reynoso and her wife Kaylin Hart. Unfortunate in the city of Hemet, on Tuesday morning, March 11, 2025 at around 4:30 am they suffered one of the most devastating losses that someone can incur. Kirby fortunately woke up before her alarm went off. She heard some noises and went to the living room and noticed her porch was in flames. Right away Kirby ran to the room to get her wife and fur babies out. It all happened so fast and some neighbors came to help. If you think about it, if Kirby would not have woken up they would not be here right now. Unfortunately only 2 of her fur babies made it out and the other 3 didn’t make it. Oliver their brave boy luckily jumped through a broken window through smoke and flames but did suffer burns. Grim fortunately was able to get saved by Kirby and neighbors and wasn’t hurt, he hid in the room and somehow was saved. Jasper and Luna who were inseparable didn’t make it out, they were a team. Grayse also didn’t make it, she was the queen of the house who is truly missed. Kirby and Kaylin created a home and unfortunately lost everything not only the most important things which were their fur babies but some material things that are irreplaceable. This is so hard on them, pictures, memorabilia, an old painting Kaylin’s grandpa did and special items like their taxidermy (their doggie Toby) which was something near and dear to them. All they came out with was with the clothes on their backs. All else was gone in the flames. Their home was vintage style. They did not have renters insurance, so nothing can get replaced. To think this was all because of an electrical problem that got this fire started. When the fire fighters showed up they connected to a hydrant that did not have water. It’s so scary to think back and see all of this happening. Their home was the only one that caught fire. They lived a rough patch in the past years and must start all over again. At one point they were homeless and it took a lot for them to get back on their feet and start a new life in their home. To top it off they literally just had to put their dog Bella down 2 weeks ago, she was sick and wouldn’t get better. All of this has been very hard to process. Four of those cats were Kaylin’s moms, who passed away from cancer almost 4 years ago. So that truly has triggered so many emotions. Now nothing is left, just memories in their minds. Thankfully they made it out alive but the feeling of having nothing is there. I please ask for prayers and to please share this link for Kirby and Kaylin to reset and start another new chapter in their lives. Life throws you curve balls but to them it feels like it hasn’t stopped! Kirby is very special to me. She’s the light and such a genuine kind woman. Please help in any way you can! We appreciate all the support. May God bless you all.
