Aid Kip Halcomb in Overcoming Cancer Costs

Hi, my name is Kip Halcomb, and I’m reaching out today because I need your help. I’m recently retired, and instead of enjoying my “Golden Years” my life was turned upside down. In October, I was diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer. The shock was overwhelming, but what has been even more difficult is the financial strain it has caused.

I’m a widower, I’ve always worked hard to provide for my family, who are all grown and live out of state. Since my diagnosis, I’ve had to put down my late wife’s dog who was my emotional support because I couldn’t afford his vet bills due to a terminal illness. My fixed income must stretch to be able to focus on co-pays, test, and other treatments not covered by insurance, and the bills are piling up fast. I’m struggling to keep up with rent and other bills.

I’ve never been one to ask for help, but I’ve reached a point where I just can’t do it alone. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward my medical expenses. Any additional funds will help cover rent and grocery bills, so I can focus on healing without the constant worry of how to pay for everything.
