My name is Heide and I am Kimberly's aunt. Kimberly and her husband, Frank, have been excitedly waiting for their first baby and are due on September fourth. They had recently finished painting the nursery and had it all set for their little girl. In the wee hours of Sunday, August 10th, their home was flooded in Wauwatosa due to the storm with unrelenting rain that came through the Greater Milwaukee area.

Their finished basement was flooded to the top step of their basement, forcing them out of the home for their own safety in the middle of the night. The basement had to be totally gutted. They have a total loss of their electrical panel, furnace, hot water heater, washer, dryer, not to mention a full bathroom, the furniture, and so much more in those rooms.

If you are able and feel compelled, I am humbly asking for your help to assist them in bringing their home back into an inhabitable condition. They, like so many others, may not see a dime from their insurance company. It is truly heartbreaking.
