On 1/12/2025, Kevin was at a work event where he began having symptoms of a cardiac event. He managed to drive himself to the ER at Parkland. A couple of days later, he was transferred to Baylor downtown and underwent a successful quintuple bypass on Thursday.

Kevin's finances will be in a precarious spot for a number of months as he recovers. Most urgently needed at the moment are funds to cover rent, his car payment and insurance, as well as food for the next 60 days. I'm sure when the bills start rolling in, his need will be even greater, but for now, myself as well as his three kids just want to be sure he doesn't have to worry while recovering.
