Kevin Chapman, fondly known to many of us as Uncle Kev has had a very trying past year and a half. He had an extended hospital stay for roughly six months last year at which time he battled sepsis and ended up losing his left leg below the knee to a diabetic foot ulcer. He managed to survive his lengthy hospital stay, and to keep strong in the faith, but came out with complications including gastroparesis and a worsening foot ulcer on his right foot. He went back to work trying to repay extensive hospital bills, but unfortunately landed back in the hospital for another month this June/July. His gastroparesis had worsened and he needed extensive debridement of his right foot wound. He is currently trying to recover but his family is feeling the financial burden from the many hospital bills and his inability to work. We ask that you please consider donating whatever is laid on your heart to help his family pay their bills until he can safely get back on his feet. As much as he would love to get back to work, it is critical that he stays off his feet to continue to heal properly.
