Aid Kelly's Fight Against Jaw Dislocation

Hi. My name is Kelly and I'm looking for help to get my jaw shaved down and get my teeth fixed. The operation is going to cost $5732.00, and I'm saving up to get there, but they have scheduled my operation for August 18th, and I really need help to get there. I'm a single mother of 2 and take care (full custody) of my sister. I work and budget, but with a 16-year-old driver, it is proving difficult. Anything will help. Currently, my jaw pops out of place 2 to 3 times daily, and this is extremely painful.
