Hi, my name is Kristen, and I’m starting this fundraiser for a truly selfless and loving woman, Katie, a single mother of five beautiful children. She has always put her family and community first, and I’ve seen that firsthand—her family has shown incredible kindness to my own son when he needed it most. Now, she’s the one who needs help.

Recently, Katie lost her only means of transportation and her job. Without a car, finding and keeping work has become nearly impossible. Now, with no stable income, she’s at serious risk of losing her home and facing homelessness with five children depending on her.

We’re raising funds to cover a few months of rent, to keep her and her kids safe and housed, and to help with a down payment on a reliable used car so she can start working again and rebuild the life she’s worked so hard to create.

Katie is doing everything she can to stay strong and provide for her kids, but right now, she can’t do it alone. If you’re able to give—no matter the amount—or even just share this with others, it would make a huge difference.
