My name is Kary and I would like to help my mother Evelyn in raising money for a very important surgery that she will need to undergo. She will be needing a bilateral TMJ replacement surgery. The total procedure is $80,000 but her financial responsibility for the service is $40,000 . She cannot even get the surgery without the payment; which is due a week prior to the scheduled surgery date. It is not easy for her to do certain daily living activities due to the amount of pain that she is in. She suffers from chronic headaches, has trouble chewing, and her face is starting to deform. As of right now she is searching for a second job which will cause her to work 7 days a week. Any little bit will help in order to cover medical costs for the surgery.
