My name is Karen. I was a semi-truck driver that got hurt. I fell through second-level stairs while walking down the stairs. The stair gave out, and I damaged my left shoulder and back. I have been in therapy since January 2025. I had shoulder surgery on May 9th, along with multiple procedures on my spine.

Therapy and other procedures are still not working. I am going to have surgery on my spine to repair damaged L5 and lift the disk off my lower nerves. I have been unable to work. I'm asking for help to pay bills to remain afloat while I continue therapy and the next surgery. The company that owns the building I got hurt at is not willing to pay medical expenses or help me with other financial assistance.
