Aid Junior's Family in Their Time of Need

Hello fellow brothers and sisters,

I am the wife of a young man, who was unfortunately caught in a terrible car accident, hit by a semi-truck. My husband and his cousin were sitting stationary waiting for the traffic light to turn red, when all of a sudden a loud and hard impact hit them from above. The wheels of the truck was only an inch away from crushing their heads. It is truely a blessing that both individuals are alive with us today.

As it stands, there is an ongoing investigation as to the cause of the accident, whether the driver fell asleep or was on the phone, distracted or if the brakes were not working properly. Due to the harsh impact of the truck with the white Honda car, there were an additional 2 cars that were hit infront and dragged across the street. Unfortunately, one of the additional cars that had been impacted, resulted in a 71 year old man passing away.

My husband and his cousin were both in the front seats and the seats behind were completely crushed. It breaks my heart to think, had myself and my kids been sitting in the back seat, we would never had made it out alive. My husband was left with an open blood wound to the head, where he was required to have 8 staples, he has fractured ribs, a fractured spinal cord, resulting in a bent posture, muscle, kneck and back pain, cramping in the legs and hands and bruising all over his body. His cousin suffered a concession, passed out, bleeding to the head, severe headaches, shoulder, kneck and back pain, open wound to the head and imparement with his vision.

We are happy and grateful that they are both alive, however the incident has left him in a position where he is unable to work for several weeks, if not months. My husband has 4 children and a wife to provide for and feed. He is the only provider in our household and we do not recieve any sort of government aid. We sincerely ask for your help, to aid with upcoming bills, food and appointments. We would be ever so grateful for any sort of contribution that would enable our family to maintain living costs. We appreciate and want to thank from the bottom of our hearts, those who have supported us in this time of difficulty.
