My name is Ferdinand Nicholls and I'm reaching out on behalf of my wife, Julia. She has been diagnosed with a critical medical condition which requires a potentially life-saving surgery. Failure to address her condition as a matter of urgency will result in severe life-threatening complications. Regrettably, the equipment to perform this surgery is not available on the island of Barbados.
