Hi, my name is Juana Monrreal. I’m 21 years old and a proud mother to two beautiful daughters — Zayla Alaia, who will be turning 2 in June, and Lilyann Mila, who is almost four months old.

Just two weeks after giving birth to Lilyann, I received devastating news: I was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. Doctors found over a thousand polyps and a tumor the size of a baseball in my colon. I was told I needed urgent surgery to remove my colon, and thankfully, the surgery was successful.

However, my journey isn’t over. I now face 3 to 6 months of chemotherapy.

Due to my condition and recovery, I’m currently unable to do any physical work, which has made it incredibly hard to support my family financially. As a young mom, it breaks my heart not being able to provide for my daughters the way I want to.

That’s why I’m humbly reaching out to my community for support. Any donation — no matter the amount — would help tremendously with medical expenses, basic needs, and caring for my girls.
