Hi this GoFundMe is to accept donations for medical and travel expenses for my daughter and son in law. My SIL was diagnosed on May 15, 2025 with rectal cancer. It is an aggressive carcinoma. They are currently receiving treatment at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic. He had an emergency surgery on May 22 2025 which won’t be the last. He will need chemotherapy and radiation to hopefully shrink tumor and have it removed.

We are praying for a miracle to stop the the cancer and obtain remission. (That is our hope!) The treatment is just beginning, it will be a process.

My daughter Joy is a stay at home mom with her son Zachary who is on the Autism Spectrum. She makes greeting cards to sell while she homeschools.

They will need financial help to keep their household running, as Rick is unable for the near future to work and Joy is taking care of all else. The May clinic is a 50 mile round trip travel. There are huge gaps in Insurance for them.
