Hello, my name is Josiah Jarumi and five years ago I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease (PULMONARY SARCOIDOSIS attacks my lungs and affects all major organs) that has progressed greatly. Leaving me unable to provide for myself and do daily routines. The symptoms are chronic fatigue, shortness of breathe, fluid build-upon my lungs, heart arrhythmia, which causes me to be in the hospital more frequently than I would like. Some kidney damage and joint swelling, which some days enables me to move at all and on top of that I get these spurs of throwing up that sound horrible, and yes it hurts a lot. My days consist on pain but I'm not giving up there is no cure but I'm hoping treatments will get found or better. I'm asking for some and anything would be greatly appreciated to help with my bills and medicines.
