Helping Jon Fight Against Cancer!

I’m Jonathan Koester’s oldest daughter, Jessica. He would hate that I’m doing this for him but he needs help. He’s always selflessly given back to his community from being a volunteer EMT for Cutler Ambulance in the early 90’s and volunteer firefighter pretty well his whole adult life. In May he unexpectedly had a stroke. He spent a month in the hospital recovering. While in the hospital we found out he had esophageal cancer due to Barrett's esophagus that went undiagnosed by his doctor. They will not do surgery to remove the tumor due to his health history. He will be going to St. Louis for radiation and chemo treatments 5 days a week for a month as of now. I know it’s a hard time for everyone right now but any amount you could give would be greatly appreciated. Prayers are always appreciated also. He is not one to beg or ask so I thought I would take this opportunity to try and ease the load for him. We will also be having a benefit for him in the coming months. Thank you all again!
