My name is John Wayne and I'm a musician and writer. I suffered A laceration to my wrist which nicked an artery and caused nerve damage. I had to have a blood transfusion and was in the ICU for two days and spent two additional days in a regular room in the hospital. I can't move my arm or hand which cuts off 3 of the ways I make my monthly income so I'm just asking for some help.
