Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

I’m reaching out on behalf of our dear friend, John Surels, a devoted husband, loving father, and all-around incredible human being who is currently facing one of the biggest challenges of his life.

Recently, John suffered a major heart attack that led to an emergency triple bypass surgery and valve replacement. Thanks to the incredible efforts of his medical team, the surgeries were successful—but the road to recovery is long, and the burden is heavy.

John is the proud father of two amazing children, ages 9 and 14, and a dedicated partner to his loving wife, Kelly. He’s always been someone who put his family first, worked hard to provide for them, and supported others in their times of need. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.

Due to the seriousness of his condition and the extensive recovery period ahead, John will be unable to return to work for the foreseeable future. Between medical bills, rehabilitation, and lost income, the financial strain on his family is significant.
