I'm Jesse McManus. John Harper and I have been friends for almost 20 years. John has always been a true friend to me and so many others. He's kind, loyal, and will do anything to help someone he cares about. He's full of ideas, ambition, and can workshop any idea into fruition. But some of the most creative and helpful people can't figure out how to fix a challenge when it's happening to them.

Unfortunately, John's had a few setbacks in the last year. Personally, his health and mobility have been compromised due to multiple hernias which urgently needs surgery and an aftercare plan. It's impacting his ability to work and be able to do the many physical tasks required of professional real estate agents. It's also difficult to care for his 3 dogs, complete household chores, and simple tasks we take for granted.

Professionally, John's been working hard and has many deals in the works. He's needing a bit of help right now to get through the end of the year, and I'm hoping his friends, colleagues, and loved ones can give him a helping hand to cover some necessary expenses until he's back on his feet by Q2 of 2026.

John is a proud person, and this isn't easy for him to be offered help. So once he's in a better spot, he's planning to make a cash or in-kind donation to the local food bank at The Center in Palm Springs, keeping giving and care within the community he loves.
