HELP US COVER HOSPITAL BILLS

Dear family and friends,

We are reaching out to you today with a heavy heart. Our uncle/brother JOEL M. CASPE suffered a Primary Intraventricular Hemorrhage while he was at work, caused by extreme heat exposure.

With how the Philippines run their health care system, he can't leave the hospital until he pays the bill. It may seem illegal to do so, but there are loops the hospital can do to ensure they get paid. He is in a private room and is waiting to be released.

While we are doing everything we can to manage this, the costs have become overwhelming. Any amount, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping us settle these bills and ensure our brother/uncle JOEL M. CASPE continues to receive the care needed.
