Hi, we are Jo and Bret, cat lovers. A feral cat and her five kittens wandered into our yard, and we began feeding them. Our plan was to TNVR and/or adoption. Unfortunately, we couldn’t trap them before the kittens ingested something that made them sick. It broke our hearts. We don’t know if this was accidental or intentional, but we had to act fast. We trapped all of them and are caring for them. We found out that our local shelters and organizations are full, don’t have appointments for care, or TNVR until February 2026. That’s going to be too late for these kittens. We are working out a care plan with our vet to have all the kittens and mama treated, vaccinated, and neutered. Our plan is to foster them until they are adopted. As you can imagine, their care will be expensive, and we will need financial help to make it happen. Any donation is appreciated.
