My name is Michelle and I'm starting this go fund me page for a friend, her name is Jessica Gossett. Jessica was diagnosed with stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer. She has went through surgery and chemo, she started doing better and came back to work for about 2 weeks until she received some bad news. She has a new tumor that is aggressive and she is having to start a new type of chemo now to hopefully shrink it. Of course she isn't able to work right now. She is struggling and needs our help!! Anyone that can help would be very appreciated!! If you can't give please keep her in your prayers!! She takes care of her parents and she still has kids at home. She really needs our help!! Update on Jessica: She was in severe pain around her stomach area and went to the Shelby ER and they sent her straight to the Charlotte hospital, she has a blockage in her intestines. Her stomach was full of green bile which they were able to get out of her. She had surgery on March 14th hoping to be able to put a stint in her intestines but they actually had to put in a PEG tube which is a feeding tube. Then on March 15th she had to have another surgery to reroute her stomach away from the new tumor. She is still in the hospital but doing well. They have also advised her that she will be starting 10 rounds of radiation. She will be having another surgery in a few weeks. She is in the fight of her life!! Update as of 4/22/2025 Jessica has been put on hospice care. She is at home in the comfort of her home and family. She is struggling to try to keep things together right now, she needs our help more than ever right now. She still has a child in the home. Please help her with not having to worry about feeding her child and still help with bills that doesn't stop no matter what condition she is in!
