Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy Jacobson. My wife Jessica is in the ICU in Sioux Falls Mckennan hospital. She has a really bad case of pneumonia and is on a breathing tube. She can't speak. Almost like a vegetative state.

The woman in the picture is my wife. I created this because I am not working very much right now with her up here. Just asking for any help. Any amount helps just to offset my travel expenses, any bills that come in at home, and anything that insurance doesn't cover. I would greatly appreciate your help and I'm sure she would to. It's been rough seeing her like this.
