Aid Jenny and Ford's Recovery from Fire

Hello all, my name is Andrew Thoms and I am attempting to raise $4,000 for my son Ford Thoms and his mother, Jenny Thoms. Jenny and Ford live in Peachtree City, Georgia. Jenny is a single mother and works as a food and beverage director at a hotel in the area and Ford is a sixth grader. She works very hard at her job and with raising a twelve-year-old boy.

Upon getting home from church yesterday (12/8/24), Jenny and Ford decided to watch a movie and build a fire to create an atmosphere on a chilly Sunday afternoon in December. Evidently, the chimney had some exposure, and the fire escaped out into the upstairs second floor of the house. On the second floor are both bedrooms and Fordy's game room. Needless to say, the result is devastating, leaving all of their possessions either charred or water damaged. Understandably, Ford and Jenny are crushed, losing most if not all their stuff and having to start over.

This page is an outreach by me, the father and ex-husband, to try to attain some peace of mind and let them enjoy this holiday season if at all possible. One they will never forget.
