On April 21st of last year, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. It was a terrifying shock to me and my family. I immediately began treatment, and for the past 11 months, I have been undergoing chemotherapy, radiation, hormone treatments, and I have had 3 surgeries to keep the Cancer from spreading.

The loss of income while enduring these treatments has left me in severe financial debt. I love my career and my apartment, and I fight every day to work at my job as often as I am able. But because of the Cancer treatments, most days I am either too weak or too sick.

My hope is that those who read my story would be willing to make a small contribution so that I am able to keep my apartment, pay necessary bills, and get back on my feet financially.
