My name is Heather Montgomery and I am a close friend of the family.

It is with shattered hearts that we share the devastating loss of Jaeveon Joseph Hart. He was a Senior attending Waggener High School. Jaeveon was an active player on the varsity football team, with a love for music and was an aspiring rapper. All would agree that he was a very mature and down-to-earth seventeen-year-old. He had so many opportunities in front of him and touched the lives of those around him during his short time on Earth. Instead of celebrating his birthday this Thursday, his mother will instead be planning a funeral.

He was the oldest and only son of Javontae Hart – who is a dedicated mother, friend to many and a beloved small business owner in our community. Now, as she faces this unimaginable loss, I am asking that we come together to support her and Jaeveon’s two remaining younger siblings.

This fundraiser has been established to help Javontae cover funeral and memorial expenses, provide financial relief as she takes time away from work to grieve, and offer continued support for the family at this time.
