Aid James Patrick Voegele's Road to Recovery

My name is James Patrick Voegele from Huntington Beach.I graduated from Huntington Beach high School in 1984.On Monday August 26th approximately 11:30 pm I was driving home from a friend's house I had turned off of Warner ave onto Graham street and started heading up the hill past meadowlark golf course. With no advance warning I experience,(what I later found out was a Widowmaker heart attack) I had veered to the right and hit a telephone pole straight on going approximately 40 mph! Airbags deployed and I was instantly confused about what happened. I began to try to collect myself and my belongings with nobody coming down the road that could be of any assistance I decided to walk home with eight broken ribs a broken pelvis and a broken sternum! I guess you could say adrenaline took over! The paramedics arrived at my house and I was rushed to UCI trauma center in Orange where I was rushed into have(3) stents put my main artery which were 80% blocked! WOW!!So needless to say it's going to be a long road of recovery without being able to Work(Self Employed) or have any income for bills,storage, etc.Any contribution would be more than greatly appreciated.Thank you and God Bless!
