Aid Jailynn's Flood Recovery Efforts

Hi, my name is Jailynn. I’m 24, about to turn 25, and this was supposed to be the chapter where I stepped fully into womanhood — into stability, maturity, and purpose. But instead, I’m starting over from nothing.

Just two days ago, the severe flood that hit North Jersey completely destroyed my room and nearly everything I own. My bed, dressers, clothing, shoes, and most of my personal belongings were lost. All I was able to save were a few photos and a handful of personal care items.

It’s been incredibly overwhelming waking up without the basics — no clean clothes, no place to sleep, not even undergarments or socks. I’ve always been someone who pushes through and handles things on my own, but this time, I can’t rebuild by myself.

I’m not just asking for help to replace what was lost — I’m asking for support to rebuild with intention, care, and quality. I don’t want to simply survive this moment. I want to transform it.
