We are reaching out on behalf of Jacob, who is currently facing a challenging journey after being diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC). This diagnosis has brought unexpected medical and financial burdens, and we are seeking your support to help Jake receive the care he urgently needs.
Jacob's Journey thus far..
Recently, Jake was diagnosed with SCC, a type of (for him, oral) cancer that requires immediate and specialized medical attention. The treatment plan involves multiple procedures to remove the cancerous cells, followed by ongoing care to ensure a full recovery. These procedures are essential for Jake’s health and well-being, but they come with significant costs that are not fully covered by insurance.
Jacob has been struggling with an abnormally high Blood Pressure that has made treatment and procedures a bit more concerning at this time.

The financial strain of medical bills, surgical procedures, medications, and follow-up appointments is overwhelming. In addition, Jake will need support at home during the recovery period, which includes assistance with meeting daily needs, transportation to appointments, and support with after-care and medication management.
