Hi! I’m Isaiah. I’m 23, I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, school bus driver, husband, and a father. My wife and I got married in August 2024, and we have been loving our married life for the last year! We welcomed our first child into our family in May 2025, and he has been an absolute blessing!

Shortly after taking our son home, our car (pictured) started having transmission issues. This last week, our transmission finally gave out, despite my attempts to fix it. A replacement transmission would cost more than our car is worth, and to get it fixed by a shop would cost even more. Two days later, one of our cats started to have a medical emergency. Between our son, our cat, and our car, finances started to get too tight. My wife is a stay-at-home mom, and I don’t make enough to cover all of these emergencies all at once.

I know that $7,000 is a lot to ask, and I don’t expect to raise that much, but I am asking that if you can spare anything, I would be so, so grateful! This would help us purchase an SUV from Facebook Marketplace, as well as minimize our out-of-pocket costs for our cat’s vet bills.
