Aid Isaac Clark's Recovery and Family Stability

Hi, my name is Isaac Clark, father of 3, sole income provider for my household. Recently, in the past months, I've had 2 major health crises arise. The first one we got through because of PTO I had accrued, now thoroughly used up. I have recently injured my back, was mistreated and misdiagnosed twice at Baptist Health La Grange, to the point where my primary care doctor had to get me an emergency MRI at 9 PM on a Tuesday. They found out I had a herniated disc that got worse after a big sneeze (yes, a sneeze) left me debilitated on the floor, writhing in agony. I had to call an ambulance and was once again told to go home afterward with no scans or X-rays. After receiving amazing care at the hands of the doctors and nurses at Norton Downtown, I am now on my way to a swift recovery after a simple steroid epidural. Due to the extent of the numbness and lack of mobility, I am now no longer sure when I can return to work and have already racked up quite a few bills. I am only asking for anything any friends or family of mine can spare without creating their own hardships. I need around 2500 dollars to comfortably catch up on my car loan and past due bills, plus groceries, my mortgage, and car insurance. Anything at all helps! I would usually never do something like this, but my circumstances have become grim and dire. If anyone is out there who can give a guy in need a helping hand, I would forever be in your debt! The hospital told me I should be back on my feet within 2 to 3 days, but we still have no concrete timeline as to when I will regain my functions. Thank you in advance!
