Aid in Overcoming Debt and Moving Forward

This is really hard and embarrassing, and Ive thought about it for a while, but at this point I'm not sure there's any other way

So during covid when all the restaurants shut down I was unemployed and fell behind on rent, Ive paid off a fair amount of my backpay but since I've stopped doing SW I'm living very much paycheck to paycheck and can't really afford to save anything. I'm desperately trying too move somewhere else within the city and I need to clear my debts in order to do that. I appreciate the time and anything helps, thank u
