Ibrahim, a 27-year-old husband, once lived a fulfilling life in Gaza. Before October 7th, he had a home filled with family and a taxi business that provided for them.
But the war in Gaza, Palestine, has brutally stripped everything away from Ibrahim. His family home was completely destroyed, his taxi – his livelihood – was ruined, and his work came to a complete halt. For two years now, Ibrahim has been unemployed, struggling to provide even the most basic food and water for his wife.
Today, Ibrahim and his wife live in a makeshift tent. This fragile shelter offers no protection from the biting cold of winter or the scorching heat of summer. Their lives have been reduced to a daily struggle for survival, a constant battle against the elements and the crushing weight of displacement
Ibrahim's story is one of countless others in Gaza, a testament to the devastating human cost of conflict. He is a young man, eager to work and rebuild, but with nothing left. Your support can offer him a lifeline, a chance to start over and reclaim a semblance of the life he once had.
