For those of you who know me, you know that I am passionate about functional health and wellness and am a strong advocate for optimal health. I considered myself immune from chronic illness and life threatening diseases. However, at the end of March, I discovered I was not immune as I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

While this isn't the path I would have thought my life would take, it is a challenge that I have been training for. I will be undergoing chemotherapy this summer and fall followed by a double mastectomy in November. Radiation and hormone therapy are also likely this winter.

I am seeking financial support as I navigate these treatments, therapies, and recovery support. Please know that my decision to ask for help does not come lightly. Any amount helps makes a difference in my care and I am truly grateful for any help.
