My name is Hendrix, and I’m a happy, adventurous dog who loves riding in my sidecar through all seasons. Unfortunately, on December 31st a distracted driver on their phone hit me. The accident left my back left leg severely injured, and now the only way to stop the pain and give me a chance at recovery is to have my leg amputated at the hip.

I have a medical wellness plan, but it doesn’t cover the costs for this surgery. After being taken to the ER twice, the vets were unable to relocate my hip bone back into place due to my ligaments being torn up. My family is doing everything they can to help me out.
