On April 2 2025, while enjoying a vacation with her family and friends in Punta Cana, Heather suffered a devastating fall that resulted in critical injuries to her spleen, kidney, and rupture to her bladder. After receiving initial treatment in a Dominican hospital, her condition deteriorated, and she was medically evacuated by air ambulance to Kendall Hospital in Miami, FL, where she is now in the ICU.

This unexpected turn of events has not only taken a toll on Heather's health but has also created a significant financial burden due to medical bills from both the Dominican hospital and her evacuation. As her family navigates this difficult time, the focus should be on Heather's recovery rather than financial stress.
