Hello friends and family. Over the last few years, I have persevered through four surgeries, two of which were botched. It has been a physical as well as mental struggle. On top of those worries, it has become a financial worry. Most recently, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. I had that surgery last week, and the prognosis is looking good. I will be going in for a CT scan tomorrow to find out more.

I have been blessed to be surrounded by so much love in my life. I have been a part of some amazing communities, and being an art teacher and administrator for the past 10 years has been my dream come true. I have my 9-month-old son, Hayden, and the love of my life, Heather, that I am grateful for every day. I have so much to be thankful for.
