Our dear Geoffrey Grecynski has been severely injured after getting attacked while trying to intervene in a domestic violence situation close to his house on the evening of Saturday, April 19, 2025. He took about 20 blows, including being kicked in the head and having his head punched into the concrete. He will be off of work for an indefinite amount of time due to a broken hand and the trauma endured.

This incident has not only impacted Geoffrey’s physical body, but his mental health as well. Geoff’s assailant lives within eyesight from his house. He does not have a car and relies on walking or using the bus system to travel. At this time, it is difficult for him to walk outside in fear that he will be seen and possibly further compromised by the person who attacked him.

The healing modalities Geoffrey needs are not covered by state aid or insurance. Geoff is also up against seeking summer employment + a manual labor job is out of the question at this point due to his physical injuries.

The money raised for Geoffrey will go directly to his rent, groceries, Lyft/Uber rides, and body/energy work as he focuses on his healing.
