Hi, my name is Zoey. On August 16 at about 3 AM my family had one of everyone’s worst nightmares occur. My brother Gavin Landeck came home beat half to death. A lot of you have probably seen the video surfacing over social media where a kid is laying on the ground and gets kicked in the face as he goes to get up screaming for help. He was beat almost half to death. There was about six aggressors involved. We are trying to raise money to help pay for Gavin‘s medical bills as he does not have health insurance and plans on leaving for the military, but this is going to put a hold on that until he has surgery. He is also going to be off work due to not being able to see it due to the trauma of his face. He was a trauma alert at a local hospital, where they discovered he has multiple broken facial bones, including the jaw and nose. He has two lacerations to the face and staples to the back of the head he has to see ENT and plastic surgery to have parts of his face reconstructed. He is one of four victims. Any help would be greatly appreciated or even just sharing this. Any money raised in excess will be donated to the other victims.
