Hello, our names are Cheyenne Williams and Robert Williams. This is going to be a long one so please bare with us.

We have 5 children , 10, 8, 6, 3 , and 2.

We have one child Gideon who is completely disabled. Gideon has Cerebral palsy (cp), a gene mutation (tuba1a) and epilepsy. He cannot walk far and needs assistance to do so, he doesnt talk, is behind in every milestone, is on a modified diet and has to wear leg braces.

We also have a son Jeremiah who is needing surgery due to urinary complications.

Our daughter has Autism and epilepsy. And we do not have a pediatric neurologist up here.

I , cheyenne, am currently experiencing reproductive organ health issues causing extreme pain, tiredness and non stop bleeding. U of M is handling my complicated case.

With all that being said each of us are listed are needing appointments and or surgeries at u of m. Within the next five months we have 6.

April 1st I will have to take Gideon to his preop appointments at motts. He will be put under at this time and also have a MRI.

April 3rd I drive back down for my hysterectomy, scraping, and a few other things (can't spell the names of it) that need to be taken care of inside me on april 4th. April 5th I will be heading back home as long as pain is handled.

May 2nd Gideon will be having his surgery. They will be going into his back and cutting specific nerves that go to his legs. He will spend 3 days minimum at motts and then will be moved to inpatient rehab that's done at u of m as well. He will be there a full month.

Jeremiah has his surgery mid may he will be down for 2 days at motts.

We will return back to motts in June for follow up for both boys and myself.

Jenna has her neurologist appointment in July at motts.

That's 6 trips to u of m by July (5 months).

Having 5 kids is no easy task to find sitters and navigate these appointments especially when they have needs. We have already been down a few times in the last few months.

Robert can't take off that much work to watch the other children during Gideons stay and I have to be down there with him. And he also has to take Jeremiah down for his surgery as the time lines overlap

We are raising money for gas, babysitting needs, travel expenses , food and missed work when needed for Jeremiah's surgery.
