This is Wallace! He's an 8-month-old kitten and has been struggling with unspecified pain for a while. We've tried lots of medications for him that haven't helped much. We very recently found out he has hip dysplasia, and the options provided were either trying medications with known damaging side effects or getting him surgery. I definitely don't want him to be in pain anymore, but I find the medication route to be very risky. We have pet insurance for Wally, but it will only cover a portion of his surgery. We're hoping to raise even just a little bit for our sweet boy, so he can play with his big brother, Momo, again. We are planning to do the surgery when he is slightly over a year old. We truly would appreciate any donation for our boy.
