Hi there,
my name is Magda Philip and I have been fundraising for Ukraine since the beginning of the war.
It started by fundraising and remotely coordinating an organised group of drivers in Poland, ; 'Transport to Safety' who were helping Ukrainian women, children and elderly people get from the UKR/PL border to safety. Some people walked to the border, some got dropped off by husbands/ brothers/ sons who then go back to fight for Ukraine. People are queuing for hours to cross the border - they were exhausted, cold and petrified.
Thousands of Polish families have offered rooms in their own homes to those in need. These locations were dotted around the country and offer transport for those people to help them to get to those safe houses.

There are still hundreds of thousands Ukrainians who are fleeing their country because of the war and the aid needs related to this disaster are growing every week.
Our aim is to help with the most basic needs and reach a large number of people.
