Help the Thomas Family After the Eaton Canyon Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers, My name is Maggie Thomas, and I don’t have all the words to describe how heartbroken my family and I are during this devastating time.

Our lives have been turned upside down as we lost our home in the Eaton Canyon Fires. A picture of the aftermath of our home is above. This home was everything to us—a place filled with love, dreams, and cherished memories. Now, it’s all gone.

We have been in shock and disbelief of that day, as we were unable to save any of our belongings. We have lost everything you could possibly think of. All we have left are the beautiful memories and now, the hope of starting over.

While we are deeply grateful to be safe, starting over from scratch is overwhelming. Rebuilding our lives will require strength, resilience, and we are hopeful for support from our community. We are humbly reaching out to ask for your help during this incredibly challenging time.

Our goal right now is to raise funds to help cover some essential expenses and immediate needs while we figure out the next steps in supporting our family's recovery so we can begin to heal and create new memories.

We are keeping not only our own family in our prayers but also all the families affected by this tragedy. We hope everyone is safe and supported during this time of unimaginable loss.
