On the morning of November 2nd, 2023, this world lost a man whose compassion, honesty, & loyalty to his friends and family knew no end! Anthony Morton or as his friends affectionately referred to him, Morty, left this Earth due to the onset of a sudden medical emergency. If you had the pleasure of knowing Anthony he was always quick to lift your spirits with a tell timed joke & his infectious laugh always added more humor to the deal. Even more important, is how he was always there in a person's time of need and never once hesitated to scratch his plans to help out. Anthony loved life and nothing was more important than showering his 2 little girls, Allison & Abagail, with as much love and encouragement that a father possibly could! He had a deep and unwavering love & appreciation for his friends / family and now it's time to pay that forward in the wake of his unexpected passing.
The purpose of this fundraiser is two fold. Firstly, to help Anthony's family cope with the cost of his memorial service & unexpected expenses that may arise. Secondly, to prove that compassion and caring still exist in a world wrought with hate, violence, and senseless tragedy.
In any situation, teamwork plays a vital role in achieving victory so lets band together for Anthony's family, especially his 2 precious daughter's who lost both of their parents at a very young age.
Luke 6:38 says "Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
We know that GOD’s word stands the test of time and it’s the one and only thing we can take solace in during tragic times such as this.
