Jeremy gained his wings today @ 5:57pm he put up a good fight, we would like to realieve the Deleon family from having to worry about funeral expenses and give Jeremythe proper buriel he derserves. Please continue to pray for Satriani, their kids, and the Deleon family.

Hello, first and foremost I would like to thank you for taking the consideration and time to tap on this link, donating and/or even sharing. I am starting this Go Fund Me for my best friend Satriani "Kuka", her husband Jeremy Deleon & their family.

In the late hours of Friday May 23, 2025 Jeremy(28 years old, a father of 2 beautiful girls Gianna & Satriani and step father to Alan Emmanuel, a husband, son, brother, and friend to so many)was rushed to the hospital after suffering two heart attacks, during the time of resuscitation he lost a significant amount of oxygen to his brain. He is currently in ICU in critical condition where doctors are trying to relieve swelling from his brain as well as providing dialysis as his kidneys are not functioning correctly. We know that Jeremy is a fighter and we are praying for a miracle that he comes out of this, and we all are preparing for what is to come good or bad, we know that God is working and has the final say. At this time "Kuka" is unable to work as she is by Jeremy's side day in and day out as family members care for their children we are asking for help with donations to help with daily expenses as well as accrual of medical bills. Again, anything is appreciated and will go a long way.
