awhile back my car was impounded due to outstanding parking tickets. i managed to raise the funds to pay off some of them, but the rest of them were dismissed because they turned out to be illegitimate. they want $4000 to get my car back, even though i feel that i never should have been towed in the first place if these tickets were fraudulent. i'm a broke college student who cannot afford this on my own, and i have no one who can help me. any and all help is appreciated.
