Steve Jaxon Needs Your Help After Strokes

Due to a series of small strokes and other medical issues, renowned radio personality Steve Jaxon (Stephen Vicario) has been unable to work for many months and is in urgent need of financial assistance.

His radio program, The Drive, ran for 17 years on KSRO and KRSH and benefited countless charities, local service agencies, and community events. His guests included national political figures, comedians, and entertainers, and he was twice voted Sonoma County Media Personality of the Year. He had a unique ability to make every guest feel special, heard, and supported in getting their message out.

Steve’s 50-year broadcasting career included time at KOKE-FM in Austin and The Jaxon & Blair Show on KHTT Santa Rosa. He was also a popular drummer and bandleader with the Sonoma County band The Mix.

Unfortunately, radio and rock and roll do not often come with retirement programs.

Funds contributed will go toward improved living conditions, medical bills, and in-home care.

Jaxon is eternally grateful for your friendship and support.
