Help for Sonia Mirian – A Loving Woman in Need of Our Support
I’m reaching out today to ask for your support for someone very dear to my heart — Sonia Mirian. She is like a second mother to me. About three weeks ago, she suffered a severe stroke. By the grace of God, she survived — it was truly a miracle. She spent about a week in a coma and had to undergo surgery. Thankfully, the operation was successful, and she is now in the recovery process at home.
Sonia lives in El Salvador, my home country. She is one of the most loving, charismatic, and faith-filled women I know. Her kind heart has touched many lives, including mine. When my daughter Fátima was born, Sonia came to help me during those first fragile weeks of motherhood. She was there for me with love and care — now it’s my turn to be there for her.
Due to the severity of the stroke, Sonia had to undergo a tracheotomy and currently needs special medical care. She is still unable to get out of bed and requires assistance with breathing, feeding, and daily hygiene. A professional nurse is essential during this stage of recovery to ensure her safety, comfort, and dignity.
The funds we are raising will go directly toward paying for a professional nurse, purchasing medical supplies, and covering ongoing therapy and other necessary treatments. Her family is doing everything they can, but the costs are overwhelming.
If you feel moved to help, any amount you can contribute would mean the world to Sonia and to all of us who love her. No donation is too small — your generosity and prayers are deeply appreciated.
Please consider being part of this act of love. Your support, whether it’s financial or simply sharing this message, will help Sonia have a better chance at healing and regaining her strength.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
