Hello, my name is Samantha Phillips. On Friday, our family received news we never imagined we ever would... Shane, my father-in-law, suffered an acute stroke while he was out of state working. While we are SO lucky Shane is still here with us, he and Carolyn are going to be facing mounds of medical bills from this, along with long trips back and forth to Indiana where he is receiving treatment. Shane and Carolyn have always been the most generous, caring, loving people you will cross paths with.
