Aid for Roof and Fence Repairs After Hurricane Helene

Hey, I would have never thought to make a GoFundMe and absolutely detest asking for money. I have what I thought was good insurance until Hurricane Helene came along and proved otherwise. I live in Georgia, and we were not warned or prepared for the hurricane as they had no idea it would hit our area. We got hit with 100 mph winds, and the hurricane was a category 2 or 3 when it hit us. Our area went without power, water, gas, and food for 13 days, and some just lost power again. The water was on boil notice.

I'm a single mom to a special needs 8-year-old, and we were in a hotel that suffered roof damage, and our room was leaking as well, which made us both sick because everything was overbooked and there was no room to move us. I filed my insurance claim for home to learn that they won't be covering my roof repairs and are only offering $1000 to fix the fence. I learned the difference between ACV and RCV the hard way, and I live in an HOA where I am obligated to repair both. I'm still working on finding reasonable quotes. The fence alone is $6000 for full replacement, but I don't need it replaced, just salvaged if possible. Insurance also will not cover the groceries lost either. Any help is appreciated.
